TAKUROMAN's work "Feel the Heat" was exhibited at the 30th International Peace Art Exhibition (sponsored by QUALIART Inc.) held at Gallery 1 and 2 on the 5th floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Space from November 8 (Tue) to November 12 (Sat).
The exhibition is a domestic version of the exhibition held at UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) in Paris in June. (Details of the exhibition:https://www.qualiart.co.jp/works/detail.php?kijiId=20221004161320)
This work expresses the importance of "human heat" that I felt again amidst the social distance being called for due to the Covid-19 disaster. As the corona is gradually dawning, I am glad that I was able to exhibit this work again, so as not to forget such feelings.
On the first day, there was an opening reception, which I attended. The venue was Hotel Metropolitan in Ikebukuro.
The event had not been held for a while due to the Corona, but it was the first grand gathering in a while.
President Kushida and bandura player Caterina had their picture taken with me.
Thank you to all who came to the event and to the organizers and related parties.
